1. Introduction and Data Controller

Future Tech Ltd. (深圳市富岳科技有限公司), operating under the ZapaSafe / Future Tech brand, operates https://zapasafe.com. This policy explains how we process personal information associated with our English and Spanish B2B safety-footwear website and related business inquiries.

Our website serves PPE importers, distributors, wholesalers, industrial procurement teams, safety-equipment buyers and OEM/private-label customers, including businesses in Chile, Peru and other Latin American markets. It provides product information and quotation/inquiry channels; it does not offer consumer checkout or online payment processing.

2. Information We Collect

Information you submit. Our inquiry form requires your name, email address and telephone number. Company name, country/region, product requirements and inquiry message are optional. A product-detail inquiry also includes the product model, product name and product-page URL automatically. The form includes its source context, with an English/Spanish distinction. These contextual fields help us understand your request; they are not separate mandatory visitor-entered fields.

When you contact us by email, telephone or an external messaging service, we may receive the contact details, correspondence and procurement information you choose to share. Please do not include sensitive personal information or unnecessary information about other people in your inquiry.

Technical information. Website hosting and delivery may involve processing IP addresses, browser/device information, request timestamps, requested URLs and operational or security logs. These data support delivery, troubleshooting and security. This policy does not state a fixed hosting storage location or log-retention period.

Optional analytics information. If you consent, Google Analytics 4 may process cookie identifiers, page and language usage, basic browser/device information and traffic/referral information. Analytics measures page views and successful inquiry events without receiving your name, email, phone, company, inquiry message or product requirements. Page URLs and event parameters are restricted to safe page categories and exclude unrestricted query parameters.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use inquiry and business contact information to respond to your request, prepare quotations, clarify product specifications, communicate about the requested products, follow up on the same procurement requirement and coordinate related business discussions. Required contact fields allow us to identify and respond to an inquiry; without them, the form cannot be submitted. Optional fields help us understand your requirements.

We use relevant technical data to operate and protect the website, diagnose failures and maintain service delivery. Consent-based analytics helps us understand website traffic, English/Spanish page usage, product/category page usage, acquisition channels and successful B2B inquiry submissions.

Submitting an inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to unrelated marketing emails. Any future optional marketing subscription would require a separate process and notice where applicable.

4. Legal Bases for Processing

The legal basis for processing depends on the applicable law and circumstances. Where permitted and applicable, bases may include steps requested before a contract, contract performance, operational or security interests, legal obligations, and consent for optional analytics or separately requested marketing. An inquiry does not necessarily make the visitor a party to a contract, and these bases do not apply identically in every jurisdiction.

5. Cookies and Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, only after you consent to optional Analytics. Before consent and after rejection, the Google Analytics script and collection requests are blocked. No Google Ads integration or advertising personalization is used. See Google's Privacy Policy.

Our English and Spanish cookie controls offer Accept, Reject, Settings and Save Preferences. Necessary storage is always enabled; Analytics is optional and disabled by default. Rejecting Analytics does not prevent submitting an inquiry.

The first-party, host-only zapasafe_consent cookie stores only a version, Analytics choice, decision timestamp and expiration timestamp for six months. It uses Secure, SameSite=Lax and Path=/ and shares your preference across English and Spanish pages. Invalid or expired preferences default to Analytics off.

After consent, Google Analytics may use _ga and _ga_* first-party cookies. Their lifetimes are separate from our consent preference and the 14-month analytics data-retention settings. See Google's cookie information.

You can change or withdraw consent through Change Cookie Preferences in the Footer. Withdrawal stops future event dispatch and removes applicable first-party Analytics cookies where technically possible. A safe reload resets the loaded analytics environment; it is not permitted while an inquiry is submitting or unsent inquiry text is present. Withdrawal does not itself erase information previously processed by Google.

6. Service Providers and External Links

Hosting. Vercel provides website hosting and delivery infrastructure and may process technical request information and operational logs for these services.

Website inquiries are delivered by email to our designated corporate mailbox, provided by Alibaba Cloud Enterprise Email. We store inquiry correspondence in corporate email and do not currently use a separate CRM, ERP or spreadsheet inquiry database. Hosting and email infrastructure may also retain technical copies, logs or backups. Hosting and email services may involve processing or access in more than one country. International processing and retention are described in Sections 7 and 8.

Google provides the optional Google Analytics 4 service described in Section 5. Analytics operates only after consent. We do not use Google Ads integration or advertising personalization for this website analytics configuration.

External links. WhatsApp, LinkedIn and Facebook links take you to external services governed by their own privacy policies. Those services may process information when you open them or communicate through them. A link is not the same as an embedded tracking widget.

Factory videos and fonts are served as website assets, rather than through embedded YouTube players or visitor requests to Google Fonts. No active Google Maps, YouTube, reCAPTCHA or third-party chat-widget integration was identified in the reviewed source.

Inquiry submission does not itself authorize unrelated sharing of personal information. Service providers involved in website operation and inquiry handling may process relevant information. Disclosures may also be required by applicable law.

7. International Data Transfers

Future Tech Ltd. operates in China. Our website inquiry API has been observed operating in a Vercel region in the United States. Inquiry information may be received and handled in China, and service providers may process or access information in other countries. Data-protection requirements may differ between countries. This policy does not establish that a particular international-transfer mechanism is in place.

8. Data Retention

Business inquiry correspondence is currently stored in our corporate email system without a fixed automatic deletion schedule and may remain stored without a predetermined deletion date. We do not represent periodic deletion reviews as currently operating. Requests for access, correction or deletion are considered under applicable law, including any lawful retention requirements or exceptions.

Email, hosting and backup systems may retain additional technical copies or logs. Their retention is separate from our inquiry-correspondence practice and the analytics settings described below.

For consent-based Google Analytics 4, the user-data and event-data retention settings are 14 months, with reset on new activity disabled. These settings do not define the lifetime of cookies, standard aggregated reports, inquiry emails or other provider records. The separate consent-preference cookie has a six-month duration.

9. Data Security

Our inquiry service checks required contact fields, limits submitted text length and escapes text used in the email's HTML formatting. A designated internal coordinator coordinates privacy requests. These measures do not guarantee the security of every transmission or storage system.

10. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on applicable law and circumstances, you may request access, correction or deletion, withdraw optional consent, object to or restrict processing, request portability where applicable, and exercise other statutory rights, including contacting an appropriate supervisory authority where available. Rights and lawful limitations differ by jurisdiction.

Send privacy requests to info@futuretechsafe.com and include enough information to locate the relevant records. A designated privacy coordinator coordinates requests internally. We may request proportionate identity verification where necessary; do not send identity documents unless requested through an appropriate procedure.

Requests are handled within the time limits required by applicable law, subject to any legally permitted conditions or extensions.

11. Children's Privacy

Our website is intended for professional B2B users, not children. We do not intentionally seek personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so that we can review the circumstances and take appropriate action under applicable law.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in website processing or applicable requirements. The published policy will display its Effective Date and Last Updated date. Where required, material changes will be communicated appropriately and new consent obtained before new consent-dependent processing. The Effective Date and Last Updated date correspond to the actual publication date.
